A week after he was booted out by Williams, Nicholas Latifi took to the streets of Singapore and booted Zhou Guanyu into a wall. We are deeply proud of Latifi's commitment to loserdom. Let's not forget he is currently 21st in the 20-driver Formula One world championship. Nicholas, you will be missed. Well done for topping the points in Singapore.
It was also goodnight at the night race for both Alpine cars. Ocon and Alonso had engine failures, resulting in a championship-damaging double DNF for the French team. Alonso's retirement had a bonus knock-on effect of George Russell pitting under the safety car for slick tyres, after which the Englishman tootled around the circuit like a wheelbarrow being pushed by turtle. Spectacular stuff.
