Most of the Track Points in Suzuka were earned in the first, short, soggy segment of the race. Sainz aquaplaned out of the running while Albon knackered his radiator after what he called the worst racing experience of his career^. It seems astonishing that amid this torrent of disaster, Nicholas Latifi scored zero Track Points for the first time this year.
