F1 drivers are a role model to millions, akin to Princess Diana, Jesus or Cher. We hang on their every word.
However, sometimes drivers say bad things. Dirty things. Words that make us cry.
Bet on a chosen driver swearing over team radio at a selected grand prix, as captured on F1's YouTube's "best of" radio round-up videos. Read on to play this Punt.
The bet:
- Bet that a selected driver will swear over their team radio during a selected race weekend.
- For it to count, the swearing must be featured on the F1 YouTube channel's 'best of' team radio summaries (example here^).
- The swearing can happen in practice, qualifying or the race.
- A Losers team can only play this Punt once per race.
The odds:
- 5:1 odds
The stake:
- Up to 20 of your Losers Points
Example:
- For example, if you placed a 20-point stake and at your selected race Esteban Ocon does all the lyrics to NWA's 'F*** Tha Police' because Mazepin pushed him onto the gravel, and the F1 YouTube people inevitably feature it in a video, you win 100 points.
Deadline:
- This Punt can be played up to the end of the Saturday of the selected race weekend (swears cannot count retrospectively).
Result:
- The result will be announced in the scores for your chosen race, where your stake will be paid or your winnings given.
